Started strong, We live out in Sealy and affected by the freeze. Needing to get contractors and in a hurry we felt pleased to find a company with great reviews and available to do our water mitigation as well as demo carpet, walls, flooring. In 10 minutes the on site adjustor with only a humidity tester in hand was able to tell us that we are looking @ 10k in repairs. The company required payment upfront, which we did, without receiving a detailed invoice showing what we were paying for. Over the next few days the work was completed, with workers showing up late, leaving equipment with no communication if they'd be coming back that day or an update. Working with this company was a nightmare and required more time then what most would considered acceptable. We had to make MULTIPLE calls and emails to both employees AS WELL AS the OWNER, each time explaining why and who we were. We never received any follow up for the additional work that we paid for and promised we would receive, treating of the damp beams. That would require again to make MULTIPLE calls a day explaining who we are and why. Never received a detail invoice that is required by insurance, AGAIN making unnecessary calls. Need to mention this all took place over a month with no updates from them. Just got them to come out 4.26 to treat beams and REMOVE THEIR TRASH left behind over a month ago by them, for a service that we paid for including dumpster that we never saw. LESSON: Please learn from our mistake and find a different company.

The entire first floor of our home flooded during the Texas Freeze, and working with this company was a nightmare. Two technicians came out and quoted us $9k for water remediation that included drying and demolition of all water damaged areas. We signed and paid the down payment under guarantee from the two technicians that by the end our home will be dry (moisture meter test of at least 12%) and all water damaged areas removed. The next day, two workers showed up late without proper tools and protection, proceeding to tear down the wet walls and ceiling in the primary bedroom with bare hands. The two technicians had REFUSED to remove the water damaged baseboards and wet sheetrock behind. One even demanded 100% payment upfront to do so. The other said they never made such promise on meeting moisture levels of at least 12%. When I offered to let them use my Tramex ($600-$800) moisture meter, he had told me that I could've purposefully RIGGED my meter. I could go on, but the point is: Avoid at all costs! The two technicians preyed on our vulnerable emotions and were unprofessional, rude, and slimy. While we finally got our issues resolved when we contacted the main office, it should've been done the proper way from the beginning.
