I moved here & thought I found a good groomer...my Yorkie had a gash/cut above his right eye. She did a fair job with his trim & I was willing to see how she did for his second trim. He came down with a severe case of Coccidia, had a 104.3 temperature, horrible diarrhea & was very sick. After a $ 175.00 vet trip, the vet was puzzled how he got it. I told him the only place he had been was the groomers, he said it must have been contracted there in a filthy cage & unsanitary conditions. Trust me I'm never going back nor recommend her. I could have lost my little man. Very unhappy, watch where you go!

I have a very large Chesapeake Bay Retriever with lots and lots of hair. I was going to travel by car to Washington St the next day, I need my dog groomed that day. Not only did Crystal stay after closing time to groom my Sadie girl , but it was the very best grooming she had ever had, and she is 11 1/2 years old. So she had had lots of grooming. She trimmed nails, treated her paws, cleaned ears, trimmed her hair and bathed and condition her coat with some awesome products. More then 6 weeks later Sadie is still not losing much hair. I sure wish I lived in the area full time. Sadie would only be groomed by Paw-n-Claws Grooming. Crystal you have the most knowledge about dog grooming products and dogs of any groomer I have ever spoken with. You know your stuff. Thank you so much for staying after closing to groom my Sadie girl, and giving her the best spa treatment she has ever had, she still looks and smells awesome. See you when we get back to the Jasper area.
