Staff doesn't give clear instructions, kinda seems like they don't care about the customer

Food was fast. Girl in the drive thru was nice and accommodating. Best service I have had at a fast food place in Jacksonville in awhile.

Friendly staff and have the best ice cream.

The people that work here now just suck biscuits were hard the food was barely even warm
