Had no issues for a few years and grew to like everyone in Steves team, but last year the ball was dropped by Mark when he had us go back to sign a paper to receive an additional credit I never received & know they kept. I wanted to give them another chance this year, emailed them as usual, was left on read on WhatsApp, so I understand they no longer want to do business since we are questioning what happened to that credit. Oh well, maybe it is for the best. Be very careful taking your paperwork here

Looks like this people did something wrong to my TAX return waiting for it since 2 month havent got my return, Im calling them 100 times a day not picking up i am going there almost every other day , no one is there HEY STEVE IF YOU SEE THIS CALL ME

I originally was referred to this place by my sister was excited and she spoke highly of Steve but I was very disappointed and never got my taxes completed nor my paperwork returned! I made several trips several phone calls several text messages from the owner but still to this day my tax year 2016 and 2017 are still in this office not complete! In the process of filing a tax advocate to see if there is anything to do with business owner treat clients this way! I do Not recommend this place to anyone! Melisa Stephenson

Would never recommend anyone here. Pretty much got charged 1,200 to get my taxs done and was told by the owner for months already Id be refunded and still nothing no response no answers just MIA. I see the reviews are getting responded so maybe Ill get something soon. Sincerely, Venessa Garcia
