This review is based solely on my personal opinion and perspective. Let this message help you understand your decision what you are looking and wanting from this business. Names of associates will not be used to protect identity (they will be listed as Sales Rep and Service Rep) A few things I will be touching on breaking down: Atmosphere, Sales Help, Service Help, Timeframe. Reason for business use/service: Triumph Trident (Motorcycle - First Service) Atmosphere: Upon riding up to the location, outside area is organized to show some of their available used bikes on the lot. A small selection but with some diversity amongst them besides what Lone Star specializes in them. (Interior) I like being able to see all that they have to offer. As the business name suggests, they have Yamaha, Husqvarna, Triumph, and saw Royal Enfield. They also had a small selection of Jet Skis but that wasn't the focus for this trip. They were organized with some good choices to chose from. Sales Help: As I entered into the interior I was greeted by the sales team. Very helpful and of course, had the knowledge on the bikes listed in the room. Helped direct me to the Service desk (Focus again was on the Service of my bike. Not buying or selling of anything) Service Help: Service team was helpful and particular service rep. I always look for someone who of course has the knowledge about bikes (all kinds not one specific) and who has serviced multiple bikes. The service rep was very knowledgable and helpful through the process of getting my bike service. I specifically chose the location because they listed Triumph in their name and couldn't find another location that I could go to. He had the expertise for my bike and that is what I wanted. He also helped me get a rental and was able to test out a Triumph Bonneville 900. It was a great lender to use for a short time. As it goes for cost, there was a little issue with the price as two different numbers were quoted. (Number will not be displayed as every bike and service is different.) The good thing about this service rep was he was able to work out a middle grown with the two quotes and explain the reason why they showed up as they did. Was grateful for the honesty and coming to a reasonable amount owed for the service. Timeframe: Reached to them via text message to start and it was mentioned around a 2 hour timeframe. It was done in about that time which is great. Having a service done within the time they mention is always comforting but I understand if an unknown issue comes up, then of course that might change. Thankfully it was done and ready to go even with someone ahead of me. Overall experience: It was excellent. As a first time service for my bike, I am glad I went to Lone Star. Ensuring your customer is taken care of of key to being successful. The staff at this dealership had that figured out. Lots of variety with a smaller footprint but no junk just quality items and accessories. I think you will be pleased to stop by here and enjoy a positive shopping experience for your new powersport items.
