We have done two weddings with Munaza baji and her team in our family. Thinking about a third! Shes respectful of the guests and overall it was a positive experience. The work quality speaks for itself and you may or may not like it, look it up ahead of time. We loved it.

Extremely unprofessional and slow response times. Our event was nearly 2 years ago and we still have not received our album.

If I could give her zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. Everyone do yourself a favor and dont book Texpertz/Munaza. Munazas work may seem decent and the prices as well, but her customer service is zero. Thats right zero. I got married about 7 months ago, and I still have NOT received my album as per my contract. I had to constantly follow-up with her, and some months I got a response with an excuse or some months I didnt at all. Excuse upon excuse. Eventually, I got REALLY irritated and called her, the first thing she told me was that she tested positive for COVID. *I do not care if you have COVID nor about your personal life I have done business with you and I want to know where my albums are!!!* I paid her thousands of dollars and this is the type of treatment I got. All I wanted was good customer service and delivery on time. Getting married in Covid was already so hard, but this experience made it even worse. I am so disgusted. Save yourself and DO NOT GO WITH HER.
