I was so nervous about my appointment as many women say our visit to the gynecologist isn’t as fun. But I wanted to take the time to let others know the office is very sweet and informative. My visit with Dr.Alvarez was non-painful and I felt I was in a very comfortable environment. I didn’t even feel Much pressure for the pap smear process, she was so gentle! After the visit she was able to explain my lab results through the MYCHART app & was so helpful with any questions I had! Amazing doctor & amazing experience!

I have both my primary care doctor and obgyn at this location. I called this morning to inquire about switching to a female obgyn and was told I could not switch because “they work together and they can’t have patients just switching anytime”. This is my first time inquiring about this, and my reasoning briefly is because it seems like I always get push back from the nurses when I need a prescription. I have waiting over 72 hours for a response at some point, I’ve also been told several times to just go get a over the counter prescription! Why would I do that when my insurance covers my obgyn? It’s become a hassle just to get a prescription. I felt more comfortable switching to a female obgyn in the same office because it’s convenient for myself. Again I was told i could not switch because “they work together”. I will be changing my entire primary physician doctors office.

Don't even waste your time. They want a referral for everything and it doesn't matter if you have tests results or other proof of needing medical assistance. I definitely expected more for UT but have been let down. I'm pretty sure you could be bleeding out on their front door and without a referral they would ignore you.

I had the worst experience with the desk jockey at the GI clinic at this location!! I will NEVER go back to this location EVER again bc I was treated so badly by the staff here!! I was simply appalled!! THEY called me and requested to change my appt due to the Drs schedule and I agreed then when I showed up to the time THEY said my appt was and they said I was NOT scheduled for that day!! WAIT A MIN!!! It took me 8 months for my FIRST appt here ( NOW ) and you’re telling me you can’t get me back I’m here for 6 MONTHS BC I MISSED MY APPT!!! IDT So!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO THE MAIN CAMPUS!!! Everyone there is extremely nice! This MUST BE where they send all of their 🙄 RUDE staff that is unwelcoming and doesn’t play well with others!!
