I read the reviews after getting approved for a loan. When I got a phone call from a representative here, I said I was no longer interested. When she asked why, I said because a lot of of people have had negative reviews and I don't want to get wrapped up in a bad company. She said " oh definitely I understand completely"...... If I could give no stars, I would. OneMain is a scam. I could sit here and drone on and on about the ways that they scam you. But, the math on their principal and interest just do not add up. Period. Just spoke with the branch manager who said in a recorded conversation that I would be required to sign up for Direct Debit. I told her that I was going to escalate and she changed it up to no Direct Debit required... such a scam all around. Protect yourselves. Either do business elsewhere or stay informed on every aspect of your loan and loan process. Also, you are not required to sign up for any of their auxiliary services!

Great people to help you get started on your loan. Jessie was kind and courteous. Very professional as well. Better than any pay day loan establishment by far.
