Abundance Landscaping Irving

We entered into an agreement with Abundance to do landscaping and fence installation. They never completed the project and refused to return our deposit. We had to hire another company to redo the small amount of work they completed. After taking them to court and winning the judgement they still refused to return our deposit. Communication was poor, promises were not kept, and their work product is very subpar. Also, we could not verify that the single owner of the LLC is a veteran. Do your research on this company, we wish we had been more thorough. We are confused how their previous reviews were all so positive?

I had to take Abundance to Court in Collin County Precinct 1 recently because they refused to return my $6000, the fifty percent deposit required for them to begin work. I won the court case, but they still refused to return my deposit and pay the court cost. We agreed to their quote because it was less than the other companies. This has been a lesson in getting what you pay for, or in this case, not getting 90% of what you paid for and the 10% that was completed had to be totally replaced. I have included a portion of the many text messages sent to Abundance in an attempt to give them a chance to deliver on their commitment before I was forced to use legal remedies. Good luck if you decide to use this company. o Because you have not responded to our numerous attempts to contact you via telephone calls and text messages, I have assumed you terminated our agreement. Due to your suspended communication, non-performance of project deliverables, cut utility and sprinkler lines, we are requesting a full refund of our deposit.

They are highly professional at work!! Bryan was excellent! He took extra time to make sure everything was just right and is a perfectionist. I would highly highly recommend him! 10/10 stars. Thanks 👍👍

Does great work for reasonably price. Actually responds to phone calls. Will definitely be using him for future projects.
