If I could give zero stars I would. They are the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. They do NOT care about their customers and they will argue with you even though they are at fault for their mistakes! They do not know how to communicate with their customers about “system errors” they have and then end up making you struggle with your payments because now you owe almost over $300 in one month. They do not own up to their mistakes, they do not know how to help you, they do not care about you. I HIGHLY suggest finding a better insurance company then this joke of one. They have made my life extremely stressful and wasted HOURS of my time because I was on hold for 30+ minutes every single time. A sad excuse of a car insurance company. 0 STARS !!!!!

Worst insurance company ever!! I got in an accident Jan 2020 & still waiting to be paid. They duck and dodge me, keep reassigning my claim. SUPER SKETCHY STAY FAR AWAY!!!

This is by far the worst of the worst insurance company I’ve ever had to deal with. I called for a quote and they put the car on my policy without me asking them to. Then they charged me $100 more when my bill was due. Called and they claimed to have removed the car only to send me a bill the following month for a higher amount. They don’t deserve the one star!!!
