I just called to request information. The lady on the phone was so rude, I asked a couple of questions about procedures with the insurance. I need only an extraction which was referred by my daughter's dentist. My daughter just got xrays last week. These are record this professionals could exchange. However they want to take their xrays. Since I asked why not to request the xrays she already got, & Since I do not want to change my provider because I "just" need an extraction...her boice changed. Instead of politely explain me, she changed her attitude talking in bad manner. I was respectful at all times, but i guess courtesy has a price I didnt pay by disagreeing...this is not a way to get clients. Very unprofessional.
