The owner to the company name Debbie Garcia was not trying to resolve the issue! She stated the loan never should have been approved but yet it was and I was fed with lies about how we moved to the next level and how now we spent over $1500 on a property that should never should had been spent to begin with! The communication this company has is terrible! They are all full of lies and the company is hiding alot of my paoerworp that was processed! Debbie said a third party company does the verification howverh Paola (loan processor) from the VA offfice was the one doing verification and informed me she received 3 back and now all of the sudden Debbie says there was only 1. This company can't seem to get their lies in order! Can't seem to find the accurate answers! This is by far the worst expierence I have ever had from any company! Beware! Find another office that will tell you the truth from day one! At least give me the opportunity by letting me know this wouldn't work! Let me make the decision to move forward or not! I shouldn't have been fed with lies about this loaning being 100% approved from jump! Buyer beware! Update: now Debbie wants to act like she doesn't know me LOL. They are hilarious at this place! Once again they are true scam artist! Save yourself the time and money and go with another company!
