Keith Hall who is a claims supervisor for this company was a hero! And the tech who got my issues to him was too! Our family recently had a flood in the home and our adjuster was on vacation but thru one mishap or another when it came time for us to need to be out of our home for the repairs, Keith called and assured us everything would be taken care of and he was so calming and gave us the info we had been asking for and just all around made our lives simpler in a time of hardship. Horrible customer service. They act like they are doing you a favor by having you as a client. Kept increasing the rate every year, and when I finally inquired about a big bump the representative admitted that they are not even covering the property 100% despite the yearly increases, and that my coverage is still the same amount I signed up for 7-8 years ago. Their rates are cheap, but that is because they are covering a fraction of the rebuilding cost of the house and not adjusting for the market value of the property. Signed up with a new provider right after I ended the call.

Jason was my Adjuster sent by the Insurance who did great job with love and he didnt miss any thing, any area needed attention related to damage caused by hail.His task and service were very professional, reliable. I personally appreciate it his job, he was good listener, helpful, he was young, dynamic, energetic, and positive. I was very glad and pleased to have him work on my case as an Adjuster.

I just a outstanding roof adjustment with Paul Abbott. He was very kind and very professional. He took his time and explained the hail damage that was caused to my roof. In addition damage that he pointed out that I wasn't aware of. I appreciate him coming out to my home to make an assessment. I would recommend Paul to anyone.

The two people from this company that made me feel comfortable when I thought I was getting ripped off from my restoration company that was handling my repairs to my kitchen was Carla Brooks claim adjuster , Hollie Heath agent handling my claim. I felt like this restoration company just came in hacked away at my kitchen left a mess and broken promise Hollie took charge right away putting things in order. Which left me at ease, and when the Carla the adjuster came to my house I was in tears about my kitchen looking hacked. She became more than just a worker for your company but a Advocate. She gave me reassurance about my property and would not leave the my house until I stopped crying .And thats what being human is about. Highly Recommend this company
