This company initially made it very difficult to honor the warranty. They sent a repair person who had no clue how to repair a dehumidifier. The guy never sent a bill he messed up so bad. Finally, after weeks, someone at Leaf did pay for a replacement. Yes, it was a pain in the rear, but they did ultimately honor the warranty. I don't know that it was worth the effort to keep pushing through it, and I am certain they create that friction to reduce how many of these they pay out on.

We have had a refrigerator not working properly since we bought it and have had technicians out over a dozen times and they refuse to replace. I would not use this company for a warranty. Im not sure how a company stays in business with such poor customer service. Keeping people on hold over Half a hour just to change what they told them on last conversation. Please Please save your money and never I repeat never buy a warranty from this company

Do Not Buy!!! I have two APPROVED repairs from them. They refused to reimburse me for one of them. I had to pay repair company to get my amp back. The other one they offered my way less then the product could be repaired or replaced for. They are not a reputable company.

Bought a dryer that was a year and a half old. Dryer wouldn't stop drying unless you opened the door. Contacted new leaf, they sent A&E to our home and they said the dryer needed a new board. They would be back in three weeks to repair. Never heard from them again, not a phone call, nothing. Tried to call them, they didn't have any orders under our phone number so we couldn't talk to anyone. Warning: NEVER USE A&E or New Leaf - they could care less.

an almost TERRIBLE company. I bought extended warranties on several appliances, and part of the agreement was that if no service is required in 5 years, they refund 50% of the cost of the contract. Cool - sounds like a good deal. problem is it took them over 4 months to provide the refunds, and that only after HOURS of me calling, emailing and bugging the poor representative who originally sold me the appliances. (God bless her for putting up with me!) But, before I started haranguing her, I called 4 different numbers for new leaf, all of which are NEVER answered by or connected to a human being. It all funnels to an automated greeting system which NEVER connects to anyone. Like NEVER. I know, because I held until the call disconnected. Alternately, the recording suggests you leave a message and they'll call you back. DON'T FALL FOR IT. NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. Ok, so, how about email? Guess what, no one ever responds to those either. Fortunately, the gal I bought the appliances from was willing to go to bat for me and pursue the refunds from the inside. even she was stunned at how totally unresponsive and/or inept the company is. the only reason I say it's an "almost" terrible company is that after 4 months of nothing but crickets, they did pay up. hope I don't ever actually need service on anything they're supposedly covering. if I have to wait 4 months for that, I'll just ditch the appliance at the front door of their offices and buy a new one - and NOT buy an extended warranty from new leaf. my suggestion is they need to turn over a new leaf and provide even some tiny modicum of customer service. STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM NEW LEAF.
