I actually worked for them and it's not about company. However there was an Amy Harris who came to interview any brand new hotel for the GM position and she didn't understand what I was speaking about nor does she understand that at that time I was one of the hardest working front desk agents even having to work double shifts. She left a very nasty remark to the owner which thankfully didn't care for her too much anyway. I'm just glad that she wasn't considered for the position the Cos she walked in like she only things and she didn't realize that we had just open and what I said was not inappropriate I have been with Hilton for 5 years and I know what to say and what not to say and I remembered the stickley what the guess that ask me and I answered to the best of my knowledge and nothing was inappropriate about it. I'm just so glad that I am relocating out of the state of Texas to start my new journey and I few days. The nerve of her and in case she didn't know that was a badd reflection of her and had she become the general manager while I was there I would have quit immediately....

I stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn in Duncanville that they manage the GM is cold hearted as they come, will lie when the truth is better never stay at a hotel or property managed by this company and trust nothing they say pop the recorder on on the cell phone so you can play their lies for all to hear.

Horrible company. Management is awful. They do not care about the employees. They do not pay out any severance or PTO accrued for terminated employees. Do not work for them.

I have been making efforts to get my W2 since they have been sent out. My previous job had been bought by new management which led to getting my W2 more difficult than it should be. After talking with HR I made more efforts emailing this address and calling that hotline, all to get ignored. I've left several voicemails in a weeks time. Today I receive a call from TAMMY, who begins to lecture me about my voicemail messages. First of all, your job is not my guidance counselor, your job is to help me get my W2. Secondly she threatens to hang up if I refuse to listen to her badger me more about the messages. I asked her several times if she was calling me about my W2 and she avoided the question only to hang up on me. I am very stressed out and flabbergasted that you have someone like that working in such a important position as that. I expect corporate to contact me and help me acquire my W2 and solve this issue.
