I cannot recommend Bio-One enough. When my stepfather passed, Todd and his team were able to take care of really big job in a very reasonable amount of time and at a great price. Before even getting to the actual work, I was impressed with Todd’s incredible attention to detail and transparency in estimating job time and cost. In a matter of days, the team was able to remove biological waste stains from a carpet, completely sanitize a bathroom covered in waste, remove carpeting from another room, remove a decade’s worth of hoarded food/bio-waste, and take out additional trash. On top of all of that, they helped organize a couple of rooms of stuff and get it in order and cleaned for the estate sale. Todd was super responsive throughout the process. I even gave him a list of small items to keep an eye out for and he and his team were able to find them in the middle of cleaning and a huge mess. Everything they cleaned was as good as new. Todd and team were so respectful of the property, the items, and our feelings, it was exactly what we needed. Beyond their expertise in waste removal, cleaning, and organizing, fair prices, and quality work, Bio-One were people who we felt we could trust. No need to shop around, these guys are what you are looking for.
