Those people have confiscated my deposit. They don't deserve 5 stars. The new manager is very impolite. She made different payment receipts for me. I paid the first receipt they sent to me. After paying the bill, she went back to the website and changed some amounts sot that I will not receive my deposit back. That is forgery, a crime, altering a document. I will add the photos later.

I recently moved here, and I'm extremely disappointed with the living conditions, particularly the insect and pest issue. From day one, I noticed a significant problem with various types of insects and crawlers throughout the apartment. Expecting swift action, I reported this to the management multiple times, but my complaints seem to have fallen on deaf ears.Despite my repeated pleas for pest control and maintenance, the situation has not improved. Its disheartening to live in a space where you constantly encounter pests in your daily life, from the kitchen to the bedroom. This issue not only poses a health risk but also makes living here uncomfortable and stressful.The lack of response and action from the apartment management is alarming. It reflects poorly on their commitment to tenant satisfaction and property upkeep. Its regrettable to say, but if you value cleanliness and responsive management, you might want to consider other living options.

If you ever have a choice, do not live here. Roaches everywhere in my apartment since December last year. Now is almost the end of March. If you like living with roaches or bugs, here is the right place. And if you don't need hot water, here is the right place. Management team is the worst I've every seen. Do nothing, sitting in the office and lying. No customer service at all. Trash community.

please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMMUNITY, I have submitted valid insurance for my apartment and they keep charging this Damage waiver program, at the time of rent payment, leasing office told to me that pay in full and they will credit back the amount which they charged for this damage waiver program and now when i went and asked in leasing office, they hand me this paper and ask to reach out to some third party, I tried calling them but no response, from last June they have not credited me the amount. I dont recommend this apartment, there are constant water issues every now and then, especially if you have kids then this apartment is not for you, without water its very hard for days, and if there are gusts visiting such as in long weekend then it will be very bad without water and they never want to come to your home again.
