Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I purchased a POGO pass drove 1.5 hours to sky zone in Irving and was made to pay for my 1 year old since the POGO pass company told me she didnt need a pass due to her age. At Urban Air they do not charge for 1 year olds. As soon as we approached the counter the staff member said If you didnt sign your waiver you dont need to be in line I informed her I had it filled out she asked me to scan it and I would not work so she told me to grab the scanner from the holder and scan it myself instead of offering assistance. It was extremely frustrating that the staff seems to nit pick everything everyone is doing, with a horrible attitude at that. My one year old was holding her brothers hand and staff said they could not be in the same square, my son tried to tell them She is my baby sister and shes scared so Im holding her hand the staff member replied It doesnt matter maybe to you it doesnt but to my small child it means the world to have her brother walking her through the course so she feels safe. Children were even asked to stand up from the trampoline even though they were simply sitting in one square by themselves, it was not crowded for that to be an issue. My daughter was also in the basket ball jump trampoline and there was no one else there and the staff member asked that I take her to the smaller hoop I would understand if there was a line or an older jumper wanting the bigger hoop but she had just got in there to grab the ball.

The price is high considering what little they have to offer compared to other trampoline parks. The trampolines squeak as if theyre old. It was a waste of $40.00 for 1 hour.
