Very disappointed in their service provided to my 75 yr old mother. They have come out 3 times, charged her over $600 and she is still having issues. Called to discuss the issue understand the timeline and find out our options. The women I talked to would not let me finish my question, continued to talk over me and was very defensive. When I finally spoke up and strongly asked her to let me finish she grew angry, said I was being rude and told me they were done explaining this to our family and we could find someone to come fix it.
