I have a bit of a rare case with my eyes glasses don't seem to help they give me horrible headaches even after prolonged use and blur my otherwise clear vision. Laser eye damage to the center of a eye makes one eye have to constantly over power the other so I'm not missing the part of my vision that has been burned out.. but I came in because I was bit in the eye by a chicken. Lol smh.. Dr. Cristina Poignard (hope I spelled it right) helped me. She seems like a chill cool lady. She listened and seems to care about her patients. Gave me the medicine I needed to fight infection and now I'm doing much better. I have reccomended her to others and plan to come back in the future. I also learned that visine doesn't help with eye dryness and started using refresh drops because I have a prominent eye and spend long periods of time focusing I have struggled with dry eyes particularly my dominate eye and it's been a noticeable difference switching to different drops. Ik it seems simple but i have just used what was reccomended to me in the past and if this information has helped me maybe it can help someone else too.

Though the front desk was nice and welcoming, the actual optometrist was a little condescending. Personally I wanted colored contacts for my prescription with astigmatism. The optometrist began saying they dont make contact lenses for astigmatisms which isnt true considering my entire family has an astigmatism and all have been able to get the contacts they wanted in color. Then she began to tell me that I need to have my contacts with a weaker prescription and that I wont be able to see. After telling her multiple times what I wanted - I left disappointed. During the actual exam as well, they have a rather inefficient system where instead of her typing in the information, she relays it to someone else over the computer and corrects them as they type it from wherever they are physically located. Honestly, I just dont recommend it. Been going here for years and every experience is worse than the last.
