This is the most disorganized and dysfunctional office I ever seen. 4 different people gave me 4 different excuses for why the vet just didnt bother to do a scheduled surgery 2 days in a row. If they dont want to do a procedure they should say that, not keep my dog locked up in a cage waiting for the doctor to get herself together and do her job. And they charge $55 for a heart worm test. FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS. So unless you like being lied to, jerked around, and overcharged for very basic procedures, dont even go here.

Ive visited 11th street Vet Clinic twice in the last few weeks. My first appointment was for a checkup and shots for my dog. The second was for grooming services. The staff was very nice and professional. They got me checked in and explained everything to me. I feel like they really care about animals by letting me know is breed specific things to look out for without trying to push me into expensive plans like I had experienced at some other places. Their grooming and boarding services were rightly priced and the end I was very satisfied with the end result. I definitely feel good having them in my dogs corner.

I just fired 11th st vet!..actually I've been taking my senior dog to 11th st. Vet for around 7 or 8 years and have always had some issue with mostly front desk staff or one particular vet tech ..I've asked the staff to have the owner contact me on at least 2 different issues concerning billing or my dogs care when I had them board him for a week while I was on a cruise..he was a mess when I went to pick him up..totally stressed out and super dehydrated..when u asked tech when he last ate she said IDK! I said your kidding..took my dog 2 days to get his peppy self back..so today I went to get my dogs nailed clipped, and to pick up his 6 month supply of samparica trio..the vet tech was super snotty to me and said we can not price match this order this time I said you better! I told the receptionist I couldn't believe the treatment I was getting today from the snotty vet tech with long stringy hair and huge glasses.. the receptionist agreed..who was very understanding. She said I promise I'll have the owner contact you.. I'm done with the horrible treatment from a way overpriced vet clinic..SHAME ON YOU 11TH STREET VET!!you need to fire the snotty rude stringy haired vet tech!!

We love the 11th Street Vet Hospital! They take very good care of our Rambo. He loves to see all of the friendly people and get lots of happy smiles and pats from them.
