Time after time this doctors office has refused to see my son for minor things like an ear infection due to covid, even with a proven negative covid test. They are only willing to speak with audio over the phone. They refuse to have the doctor see or look into a childs ear to diagnose an ear infection. They refused to even do my childs 2 year wellness exam because he had minor symptoms of pulling on his ear, which meant a possible ear infection. Again, due to covid. This is ridiculous.

ive been going here for awhile and its been okay but they are not always consistent. doesnt answer the phone a lot of the time but when they do theyre polite. its very bittersweet here.

Always consistent! Always answer their phones! Always helpful! This whole office is wonderful. Been going here 10 years with my 2 children. We absolutely love Westlake Medical. Naomi and Mike are always welcoming and helpful. Dr. DO has incredible bedside manner. He's also makes refills very easy to obtain. No problems ever! This is hard to find in a facility! Great job guys!

Dr Do has been my Primary Care Provider for over 13 years. He always listens, has other specalist onsite and his staff is outstanding. The care is "Top Notch". Wouldn't think of leaving. Actually, I amthinking of moving an hour away, I still may come back to himfor my medical care.
