        They are awesome!! I went to get three pieces of jewelry repaired and it was minor and he Mitchell, the store Mgr repaired while I was THERE !!! The two sales ladies were very helpful as I tried to get an older necklace updated so I would enjoy and wear it vs leaving it in a drawer. Great selection and most of all PERSONAL AND FRIENDLY and thats hard to find these days !

        If I could give them negative star I would. The bald chubby guy told me my Rolex was fake and I got scammed. Its been serviced by Rolex with authentication. He obviously had no idea what to look for. Place is a joke with no professionalism. Go elsewhere.

      Hello Lana,There were several indications that your watch was not 100% Rolex, including but not limited to, the shape of the etched crown on the crystal, the center pin on the second hand, and the color of your “authenticity” card. Additionally, you admitted that the box and shell were fake and did not come from Rolex at all. The word “scammed” did not come out of my mouth as you were simply told because of the reasons listed above, our company will not purchase the watch. You then proceeded to tell me that Thomas Markle serviced the watch before, so I suggested that you take it back to them for authentication or sale.
