Gallaxy Fencing

I appreciated how thorough Mr. Birney was with explaining how the process with constructing the fence onto my property would be. He was always responding when I text'd him, but was not always available to pick-up the phone and speak. Even when it was close to 11 months from when I had my fence erected, and the lock on the gate door had broken, I text'd Birney and his team cam out within 48 hours to fix it. To be honest you may not get him to speak with you in real-time conversation once he's gained your business, but he will always be accessible if you text him. I don't care for that way of communicating very much, but his professionalism was to be expected with his price. Basically, he is a small business owner and can only do so much, and that's why his prices are so low compared to others. He works with a crew that does good work, yet there always seems to be a hiccup with why someone can or cannot be reliable for the date or time promised. They were quick once they got to working, and were thorough and pleasant. You have to look at the way he operates as a businessman just like you would a contractor; they may not always be available, but once they get to work they do great work! Service: Vinyl fence

We had a great experience from start to finish with Bernie and his staff at Galaxy. He took time with us to choose what we wanted. He answered all of our questions and made himself available to us. The work was completed in a timely manner and the fence is super high quality. They worked with us on some specific modifications that we wanted. We couldn’t be happier!
