Danny helped my husband and I out so much She fixed everything on our account she went to the moon and back to help us I was waiting for the review to Send to me But it never did so I will do one on here for her She waited on hold several times with with the people that needed to help fix our stuff And she was so patient and amazing Great personality Should definitely be a manager I was actually thinking about Getting rid of T-Mobile and going somewhere else but she definitely saved my husband and I From going somewhere else We have been with t-mobile for 4 years I only want her to Help us for now on

My service has been out all day. I have two paper weights. Not only was I online via chat for close to 3 hours troubleshooting my device I was sent to a store to be told there is an outage in my area. Noone can provide and eta for the problem to be corrected while I can't make any phone calls or access applications if I'm not using wi-fi. If you have the opportunity and the resources look into Verizon. Thank you for your response but I'm on day 4 of having no service and customer care says there isn't anything they can do. This is across all 6 of my lines. I had to give atleast one star to post this review. Extremely disappointed as Sprint customer who was forced to change over and our service has been deplorable. We can't even switch over to T-mobile at this time we have stay on the Sprint side.

I traded in a smart phone to purchase a promotional phone for the price of "just the taxes". Jullian brought over the adapter, case, and screen protector. He told me they were included in my purchase price of ~$60. Unsolicited, he put on the screen protector. I commented to him on how "cool" it was to "get all this free stuff". Over the next few days I went into the store numerous times because the phone I bought: would not receive text messages, or picture messages, and was poorly charging. I was told "no one else is having problems" with this phone. I kept being told 'to give it time' to receive messages. When I asked how many more days it would take for the phone to work, they could not provide me with an answer. I asked to return the phone. They said I couldn't because I didn't pay for the phone, I only paid the taxes on it. Then I was told I could return the phone but I would be required to pay a re-stocking fee even though the phone has clearly never worked. Ya know...after 2.5 hours at the store, not one employee could tell me how much I was supposed to be spending on the re-stocking fee. If I was unclear, it was 2.5 hours of wait time...on just that trip. Anyway. Back to the story. A young male employee was discussing with Dawn (perhaps a supervisor as they repeatedly had to obtain her from 'behind the door'), "we won't get any money back on this because it is a promotion". Next, they decided that my phone "was damaged" and "tampered with" because of the screen protector and therefore was impossible to be returned. Oh....I would later find out that the adapter, case, and screen protector...did not come with the phone and were not free. The T-Mobile Store at 19250 W Lake Houston Pkwy, are total slime balls that are utterly unprofessional and unquestionably engage in deceptive and fraudulent business practices. On top of that they are rude and dismissive!
