Wow the disrespect I received is incredible. I had a 6:15 appointment Monday (they only do tours on Monday) my family arrives in the rain and there is no one there. I get a call today from the director (also named Erica) who said the time was written down wrong but that I already toured and she left at 6. There was no apology or acknowledgment she was rude and when I said I dont remember touring your facility she said uhh huh bye bye and hung up the phone. A few things 1. If you thought the appt was set for 6 and your family didnt show you should have called that family before leaving 2. When you realized there was some sort of error with your staff there should have been an apology rendered 3. Regardless of if I saw your facility in the past there is no justification to be rude short and disregard a persons time. I would not trust sending my child somewhere with such poor communication and regard.
