        I took the boxing class and it was amazing!!! The trainer was super knowledgeable, worked with all of us to get our form correct, took time to explain everything to us, and was very supportive. I felt great throughout the workout and great after! I will definitely be back!

        This was my first boxing class and I had SO much fun! Im not gonna lie it was really hard and I wanted to quit within the first 5 minutes. But I persevered and fought through the pain and it felt incredible. When class ended I felt like I found inner strength in myself. Our trainer Reshaud did an amazing job. I would recommend this class to anyone regardless of your skill set. You will not regret it!
