I had a great experience with Wheels America-Houston, starting with a good first impression when I spoke with Jason, the Customer Service Representative. Leslie, my Sales Representative, was competent, friendly and helpful as well. Juan, assisted me in making the most informed decision I could, sharing his years of knowledge and experience, ensuring I was satisfied with the outcome. I am very happy with the quality of work performed by Wheels America-Houston, they went above and beyond my expectations. I would have no reservations about recommending them to my family and friends.

Just ordered a wheel for a 750i BMW which arrived slightly bent. Which may or may not have been their fault. But without hesitation they credited me enough money back to have the wheel straightened at a shop local to me vs shipping it back to them. Smart move on their part. I couldnt be happier :-)

I used this company to refinish a customer's Audi RS7 wheel after it was curb rashed. I was very concerned whether a factory finish could be achieved but they assured me if would be. I sent the wheel to them and they got it back fairly quickly but the clearcoat was peeling terribly as seen in photos. They took back the wheel to refinish and fix it. Once getting it back the second time, the paint was chipping and the AUDI SPORT logo was missing. When i called back they said it won't ever be as good as factory (totally contradicting their original promise). The guy was rude telling me I was being too picky. This ordeal costed me $1500 as I was forced to purchase a new wheel for my customer. If you want quality, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Companies such as this give our entire industry a bad name.
