so far it seems like a great place to fill personally owned CO2 tanks. I just dropped off a brand new aluminum 20 lb tank. The gentleman at the dock informed me that it would be ready tomorrow for pickup and that is when I would pay for it. I noticed on the receipt it does not have any notation about being filled with food grade so I called the desk. The front end told me not to be concerned because anything under 50 lb is automatically filled with food grade CO2. he also stated that it would be noted on the neck FDG when I picked it up. Good way to refill SodaStream cannisters economically IMO.

I was calling to see if they can refill my oxygen tank not for medical purposes, and I asked if you could help me and instead of putting me in another direction or saying why he couldn't help me he is straight up said no and hung up the phone. Terrible customer service.

Were very prompt on the phone with an answer to my initial inquiry. Stopped by later in person and they got me squared away quickly with exactly what I needed. The staff both in the store and at the loading area were polite, even for someone like me who was only getting a paltry 5 pound C02 tank.
