An AdvantaClean tech provided me with a quotation for mold removal on Feb 13th 2021, I never heard from him since then. He didn’t bother to respond to any of my calls nor emails. I called the main office and all they could tell me is that they’re having a heavy backlog due to the winter freeze (that happened a month before the tech came to my house to look at the mold damages and I guess that the winter freeze also explains why the tech didn’t even bother to reply to any of the emails or calls). I’m very disappointed with the poor customer service and was expecting a little more professionalism from AdvantaClean based on the 5 stars ratings they have on Google. Most of the ratings are over one(1) year old, it will definitely be interesting to know the feedback of their most recent customers. Service: Mould inspection
