The installation went well. Wayne and his helper were knowledgeable and professional in their handling of this installation. I am very pleased with the quality of the water we now get from a well that has lots of iron.

Wayne installed a water softener at my house, he was very prompt and very professional. I have had the water softener for over 2 years now and he made a service call to replace the resins as he had stated was necessary after a certain period of time. He was prompt to do it. Also, after the freeze in February of 2021, the water softener had a n issue. Wayne came out and repaired it. Wayne is a great guy and someone I would recommend. This is the first time I have ever done this. That is how strongly I feel about Wayne at Primary Solutions

Wayne installed water softener system at my house. He also repaired several leaking pipes during winter storm. He is highly experienced and very professional and is very helpful whenever we had water related issues. Always good service and good work !

Great Experience with my water softener. Wayne is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to upsale you on anything. With so many choices out there It's hard to make a decision but you can't go wrong with this company.
