If you want your vehicle in the hands of a trustworthy person, please avoid this company. Mark is the owner, and sounds professional throughout the paperwork process. He makes promises which are lies! He claimed my vehicle was picked up by a driver, but he had no information about who picked the vehicle up and did not have the company’s information. That sounds absolutely ridiculous! The truth is...no one picked the car up! When he realized that my family was in the trucking business and knew all about DOT and MA numbers, he found a company to get the vehicle! We have filed a DOT complaint against him. He had our car sitting at a house according to the company that transported our vehicle. Please don’t be fooled by his professionalism over the phone!

Compass Auto Transport operates exactly how every business should strive to operate. I live in PA and purchased a car from Texas, thus I needed to have it shipped, but I wasn’t too familiar with the process and was relatively nervous. Mark Howard was extremely attentive and responsive throughout the entire process and happily answered all of my questions, and I can’t understate how appreciative I am of this considering how stressful the car-shipping process can be. The car was delivered to me even earlier than anticipated and the driver was extremely careful, kind, and considerate. I truly can’t recommend Compass Auto Transport enough, they made this process genuinely enjoyable. I’ll absolutely use Compass again if I need to ship another vehicle!
