Omg! Delicious food and great customer service! I tried the phatty fries and classic cheeseburger which comes with a side of fries. This was my first time and I will definitely be back. I have shared info about this gem with others. Helpful Info: Always check the website to confirm the location and when you can start ordering. I intially thought I had to wait until 5 pm but they actually started taking orders at 10:30 am and I picked my food up within about 20 minutes hours before 5 pm. I ordered online through the website when I didn't get an answer from the phone (she called back later :-) I prepaid, received a confirmation # and a confirmation text when my food was ready for pick up. The owner was super pleasant and sweet. The menu items, location and times vary so go to the website. She explained the food truck was damaged during a storm so she has been innovative. She sets up at different locations now. The location's hours influence her operating hours. The location's accommodations influence what menu items can be prepared and stored to avoid compromising quality. Give her a try. You won't be disappointed!

Very tasty burger, the owners of shop so nice and kind. The bun was very soft I believe a pretzel bun which was a perfect softness and chew. I've had my fair share of vegan bacon and the one they have is by far one of the best. Everything seasoned well! I don't live in h-town but next time I'm here I'll be sure to stop by!

*** Best Vegan Burger I've Ever Had *** So as I was visiting Houston from south Florida, I went to many vegan restaurants. Herban Frequency is by far the best I had when I was in town. Alexis and D were so nice and friendly. And the fact that she was on the Food Network is a plus. The food was so good that I ordered another burger to go. Also, I had my family with me and they loved the burgers too. This is definitely a must-stop if you're in Houston. I will certainly be coming back when I return to the city. Highly recommend. 5 stars!
