Where to begin...... I never leave reviews, good or bad, but I couldn't overlook the lack of customer service with this company. I needed two tables and two sets of chairs for an event I was asked to coordinate at work. I reached out to Any Occasion because they were located in our neighborhood. After receiving initial friendly correspondence from Lynne, I needed to request updates to our quote twice before things were finally listed correctly. I took the time to type out how things needed to be formatted in order to ensure it was correct the final time. And I owned up to there possibly being a mistake/oversight on my end with communicating the details. With lots of people requesting things and lots of information coming and going, I was willing to overlook this. Then, a colleague arrives to pick up our tables and chairs, and they cannot locate my invoice in their system, nor did they have the order ready to pick up. Took several minutes to sort things out, and then they shorted us a table because they claimed they only had record of the initial quote that listed one table instead of two. The quality of the table and chairs we received was also subpar compared to what was advertised. When I called to request a refund for the missing table, barely any apology was offered for the inconvenience and lack of customer service at the pick-up location. However, they seemed to be able to easily locate my invoice to give me a refund, even though they couldn't locate it when we came to pick up the items. We won't be using this company again as it is very apparent the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. If they cannot get a basic order for tables and chairs correct as an event rental company and cannot ensure good communication via their system to have an order ready for customer pickup, I wouldn't trust them with a major event such as a wedding or family reunion. Fix your communication issues so that you can better serve your future customers. Where to begin...... Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY LIE ABOUT EQUIPMENT, TAKE YOU MONEY FOR DOWN PAYMENT, meanwhile changing your dates on you contract (pdf file). The coordination is horrible! Experience is horrible would be very drastic for any wedding/party arrangements.

Just wanted to share how incredibly impressed we were with Any Occasion Tents & Events. We're a Rodeo Cook off team and had to change tent companies at the last minute! Jason was extremely accessible through the entire process! We had all kinds of last minute needs that Jason was able to sort out for us and not miss a beat! Any Occasion had everything we needed and then some! Cold weather, no prob, they had heaters for the tent, picket fence, no prob they had picket fence and anything else we needed was made available to us! Truly impressive! But the best part of dealing with Any Occasion was the customer service! Never through out the entire event did we feel alone and abandoned! They were Johnny on the spot for any request or situation we encountered! And their equipment was top notch as well! Their employees were very responsive and communicative on site as well! Can not recommend them enough! They will absolutely be our Tent guys from here out! Truly a pleasure to have worked with them! I LOVED working with this company! First of all, their website is by far superior compared to their competitors. I LOVED the super, easy-to-read invoice that included photos of exactly what I was interested in renting. Second, the customer service was very friendly and worked patiently with me until I got exactly what I preferred on my final invoice. Thank you KATHY! Lastly, we did not end up needing to use the concrete blocks, and the company reimbursed me promptly for the item that was never used.
