I took my car in for detail on the recommendation of my daughter., I picked my car up late in the evening and on my way back home, on the Freeway I went to set my cruise control and the lever fell off the steering wheel base. I got home and called RSVP and the receptionist told me I had to call back in the morning. I took pictures of the damage and you could tell they tried to glue it back on, but with any pressure at all if fell off. I called the and was told someone would call me back but to email the pictures, I did. They did not call me back. So I went by there and was told by the general manager they would find out WHO broke it and that person would be fired and he would call me back. He did not. I went back again and was told "Nobody said they broke it", I brought my daughter and son-in-law with me this time. I said of course no one will admit they broke it because they know they will get fired. He said they had insurance to cover the claim, I gave him the appraisal for what it would cost to replace, because it COULD NOT be fixed with glue. He said he would call me back. He did not!!. I had my attorney send them a letter and they still did not respond, so I am going the next step to get this resolved. This business needs to take responsibility to what they employees do to customer's cars. I would not recommend using them because they do not stand behind their customer service.
