Dr. Bertini was knowledgeable, patient, caring and understanding. I arrived early to calm my nerves due to high anxiety of the unknown. Since there weren’t any other patients present, he had no problem seeing me before my appointed time. I needed professional advice and screening on what I thought was a serious health concern. He assure me that we will have answers to all my concerns by the end of this appointment and assured me I was in good hands. Aside from my initial examination, he spent an extra 5mins educating me on some things I could do outside of the magic pill approach. He allowed me to ask any question I had and answer them accordingly. As men, we struggle with these types of appointments. This was my first visit with Dr. Bertini and it wont be my last. If you're looking for an expert Urologist that will meet your health needs and minimize any fear or embarrassment; Look no further! See you guys next year! Thanks Doc !!!

Dr. John Bertini is one of the best in his field of urology. It's very easy to book an appointment and the wait time is no more than 10 minutes. He patiently listens and explains in detail your medical issue and prognosis. He has a very pleasant and caring disposition. He also takes the time to personally call you with your test results unlike many other doctors who have their assistants call you, which doesn't afford you the opportunity to ask questions. Dr Bertini was also able to diagnose my problem that other urologists missed or didn't seem to care. If you desire a doctor that treats you like family then I highly recommend Dr. John Bertini.

Very knowledgeable doctor. Great office syaff, helpful and considerate. Doctor gave options for care and gave me choices that worked for me.
