Purchased a play set last Friday.. we agreed over the phone and on invoice that the playset would be delivered today 04.04.2019 by 12 pm.. 11:30 am came around and we had not received a confirmation call so we called the office and they said we were down for tomorrow which is absolutely not acceptable due to the fact that we took the day off today for this big delivery.. No one in the office could help and Hector was not answering his phone either.. (he is who we purchased playset from and also who said delivery would be done today)... after several different attempts we finally get a call from Hector who says they have us down for tomorrow and again we explain we need it done TODAY because we took the day off just for this.. he then says he will see if his guys can come today.. he called us and said it would be between 3:30 and 4 pm.. 4 o clock comes around and he texts us saying it will be closer to 5 but NO LATER.. understand by this point we are beyond frustrated since we have been here waiting ALL day and time keeps getting pushed back.. 5 o clock comes around and no one is here.. we text him and he very unprofessionally texts saying he is busy driving people to the airport and that I would need to call installer myself.. I replied saying I purchased from him and made the deal with him so that he needed to call installers himself and give us the update.. no update from him until 20 min later we get a call from the drivers who by the way sound very nice. They said they will be here in an hour that they are on their way now.. so after 6 pm they will arrive.. no word from hector anymore.. wish we would of purchased from someone else because this whole experience was very unprofessional............ wow.

These folks are absolutely AMAZING. Not only are they customer service oriented, but they also provide a quality product. They helped us find a system that would fit in our rather small back yard, and they scheduled our assembly 3 years ago to coincide with when we would be at the courthouse adopting our 3 boys. The boys came home and were absolutely blown away! The set has been wonderful for us these years. Now that it's time to pass it along to another good friend who has adopted young children, Rainbow came through again! They came out quickly to move the set, make the necessary repairs, and install it in my friend's backyard. I know my friend's children will be able to play on it for many years to come. Thank y'all so much for such a great experience!
