Houston Tree Removal

If you want a horrible experience call this company. Got a quote to have mulch removed. 2 guys showed up the next morning, worked for 1 hour and left. They said they would come back the same day and never showed. Texted late that same night and owner said they would come in the morning, never showed. I worked for 2 hours and did 2x as much work as the 2 guys the day before. He finally came at 6pm and it was dark, his guys could see anything and they tried to remove the mulch I piled up and nothing else. After arguing with the owner for 15 minutes and showing his manager his guys havent done the job right, they finally started working like they have some common sense. Reached out to have them give me a quote. They said they would come the next day and never showed up or reached out. When I asked what happened, they said they would come the following day. They did not show up or reach out yet again. I called for an update and never got a response. Very unprofessional.

I am very happy with the service provided by Houston Tree Removal in the removal of a large ash tree that was rotting, cracking and hanging over my house. I accepted the quoted price on Thursday and the crew arrived at 9:00 am Friday, the next day. By 12:30 pm they were finished with removing the tree and cleaning up. That included a trip to the dump when they filled up their truck. The stump grinder guy arrived on Tuesday morning (grinder was in the repair shop Monday) and ground the stump well below grade so that I could level the ground in preparation of turf installation. Next door neighor hired these guys for a job. They never finished, walked off the job. What they did do was, dropped trees on my 6 ft chain link fence, in a couple of places. Trepassed on my land with heavy equipment to pull their stuff out of the mud. left ruts and ground damage. Lied for 6-7 months about fixing the fence. They never did. I did. Cost 1800$. Lied for another 6-7 months about paying for it. At the time I was talking to Alex, Last call I made someone else has the phone now. One more call to Jason, I'm filing a small claims law suit if needed. Update, again I contacted them about covering the cost of the damage done. Once again, they lied and did not follow through with the agreed on payments. Looking into sueing. Avoid these lieing , clowns. dozens of others out there.
