The worst moving experience ever. We have moved quite a bit and this was by far the worst. No details about what happened but just find another company please. Very unsatisfied with the relocation services.

Paramount moved my from Washington D.C. to California and it was a great experience. The coordinators were very professional and made the process very simple for me and my family. The movers packed our whole house in just a few hours and when everything was delivered to our final destination, everything was in tact and packaged REALLY well. Paramount also coordinated our car to be transported cross country and it arrived in less than a week. Great experience and highly recommended!

Crew are very efficient, showing care and concern for personal belongings. Accurate timelines and consistent communication from the move coordinators facilitates move planning.

Based on my own experience, I can say that the staff at PTS Houston always strives to give the highest level of customer service. During my interactions with Jennifer, she made me feel like I was a member of her own family. It has been refreshing to deal with an office that truly cares about the customer service experience that they provide.
