I work for a logistics company and definitely recommend them to handle our loads. He sounds like a strict hated on boss from these reviews but with my experience as a customer is very different! Company is trash treat drivers bad don't pay you right it's sad how they treat you when u ready to leave James Goode is a dirty boss to work for check any trucker anything it will tell you it's so serious they getting my comments deleted don't work for this company even if it was your last choice

Been driving for this company for 8+ yrs since he had one 18 wheeler now he has over 20, before I even owned a cdl. Started off doing hotshots locally. The owner help me get my class A license and put me in a brand new kenworth. All trucks were purchased brand new but unfortunately some drivers don't take care of them as they should by wrecking them and not keeping up with normal pm's and then quitting in debt. I've never had a problem getting my truck fixed and in a timely manner and it has over 600,000 miles on it and had only 9 miles on it when I started. Trust me when I say I wouldn't have been here this many years if the pay wasn't right.

Me and my brother both quit because this guy doesn't like to keep his trucks up. My brother took an advance on miles he had already driven and not even all of them so how can you steal what was entitled to you. He was smart I should have tried to get an advance to at least get some of my money. But this company has a reputation of robbing their employees check with TWC don't take my word for it check the Facts. Please don't think we past employers are disgruntle as the owner would like you to believe. Just do a real check on this company as we all should have done. We would have not had to learn he was a crook first hand. DONT LET HIM ROB YOUR FAMILY FOR HIS.
