Been doing business with them for years my Camaro had a thermostat housing that needed to be replaced first Instinct I called carters transmission they came picked the car up, fixed it and 2 days later it was broke with the same problem, again they came and got the car said they fixed it JUST FOR IT TO WORK FOR A WEEK THEN SAME PROBLEM they didnt return my phone calls, my texts finally I take my car to Chevy just to find out CARTERS put a faulty part on my car they didnt want to fix it so they lied and said it was a electrical problem BRANDON THE SON does not know how to talk to paying customers they have no plans on rectifying the situation so Im just out 900$ plus what it cost to get it actually fixed at a dealership
