Excellent! Remember the name Robert! Again remember Robert! He was excellent/outstanding. I live 492 miles from A+ Transmission while my son lives in Houston. My sons truck would not move when you press the gas pedal at a Pep Boys. I called Pep Boys and they said call A+ transmission specialist to investigate and get answers about my transmission. I called A+ transmission specialist and spoke to a man named Robert. Robert worked with me in getting my sons 2010 F-150 Blue Truck towed from Pep Boys in Houston to his location on Shepherd Drive. Robert worked with me and keep me informed of his inspection, the cost, repair of the transmission, and and when it would be completed. Robert kept the communication up. I loved that straight forwardness talk in him. Robert knew what he was talking about and in addition he was pleasant to talk to. With all that said the truck was fixed and my son got his truck repaired the day it was promised. My son and I are very happy and pleased.
