Such a great studio ! F45 has changed my life in more ways than one.  For the first time in my life I no longer view working out as something I must do, but something I look forward to doing.  The classes involve using different energy systems for a maximum burn, resulting in fat burning, muscle building and boosting your metabolism.  It only took a few weeks before I started noticing major results.  The atmosphere is invigorating, so many people from all walks of life working together for a common goal. Everyday is something new, and each exercise can be tweaked based on your level of experience.  Within 8 weeks of joining I believe Im in the best shape of my life, and I now have my confidence back.  Im so grateful for this gym and all the hard work that goes into making it what it is today.
