        Rude!!!! I made my pick up and drop off location online it gave me this address. When I called to verify the person said he was full and he did not want me to drop off. I told him that I had to drop off at that location otherwise I was going to be charge extra to drop off at a different location. He didnt want to hear what I had to say I was trying to explain to him and he hung up on me. Very rude do not come here for any reason. We are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and U-Haul

        I scheduled a pickup for 7 am but when I got there I was unable to pick up because it had not been checked in properly. I booked it for 12 hrs (7am -7pm). I did not leave the place until 830am meaning I had until 830 pm to turn it in. They ended up charging me an extra day because I dropped it off at 830 pm. Would not recommend this place!
