The driver had an attitude from the start. Tried hustling me into paying him $150 since he didn’t wanna wait for the insurance to update the location and was very rude because I didn’t pay him instead, also threatened to take my car away because he didn’t care. I end up getting dropped off at a place that’s empty and incorrect and just took pictures to cover his own. I asked the gentlemen what the company name was or what his name is and he rejected my question and said he didn’t know. Waste of time. I’m not a person that leaves a negative review but when someone disrespects me after a long day after giving them a simple job to do and pay them for, I will not tolerate it. Service: Car towing

They are just rude and do not inform you on anything. They said they were on route and I called to see where he was at an hour later and he answered then hung up. Then I called the office and they said that they had something more prior to pick up that he could not make it.

Waited 2 hours then they called and said they aren’t coming and hung up rudely. How anyone has given them anything over 1 at all is beyond me.

Their ETA was on point, customer service was excellent and i was at my destination in no time.
