        Hands down,This is the BEST place I have ever been to. Professional in ever aspect. My 2006 Toyota Avalon had an issue with steering vibration. Went to 4-5 places and did tire balancing, alignment and inspection but no one diagnosed the problem. Went to pep boys in pasadena and did alignment but still same problem. When I went to this place, professionals worker in here sat in the car, drove the car, inspected the car and wala told me everything that was wrong. They dont focus on sale. No sales pressure but an honest salesman and mechanic. Definitely recommended. They even had torque wrench for perfect nut tightening, haven’t seen that in any place yet. Thankyou so much for your time and professionalism.

        PepBoys on Richmond Ave is the place to go to get your vehicle serviced! I have zero complaints nor have I had to return to re fix the work they've done. These guys are my heroes!
