I had an appointment. After two hours of waiting I find out they don't have the tires in stock and are waiting to have them delivered. They could have told me within 15 minutes. Going to be another hour before the car is finished after the tires are delivered.

The counter rep was busy but still allowed us to arrive late to get a tire plugged. My mother had just finished her first infusion at MD Anderson and we learned of the flat walking back to her vehicle. I was in tears from the location off Kirby being so rude. Thank you again for being there and staying late to assist us get back on the road.

Called to inquire about tire rotation. Rude and very short. Needed other services but after this interaction and reading the reviews first contact is definitely a NO go

Called to ask if they have a tire to replace a flat on my car without asking the size or car model stated he didn’t have any. DONT GO HERE
