Great service! Kevin answered all my questions and made the process easy! Also, the mechanic who worked on my car explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable! I had a great experience and will definitely return with any car needs!

Fast service, Friendly staff, accommodating as far as they're going to let me keep my front two tires as back up just in case, because they're not as bad as my rear tires which were utterly and completely bald.
(My mechanic and I brought my car in and brought the replacement tires with me, so they just need to dismount and mount the new tires and do an alignment. And I requested my transmission fluid be checked.)

PepBoys on Richmond Ave is the place to go to get your vehicle serviced! I have zero complaints nor have I had to return to re fix the work they've done. These guys are my heroes!
