        Customer service is awful

        paid for service installation almost 2 weeks ago with schedueled installation today a 9 am. after they was late i tried contacting customer support and theh couldnt even find my account when they was finally able to find it they are now saying it will be least another week if they dont make another mistake and refuse to refund my money. find anybody else for your provider this company is garbage.

        There people are seriously the worst company I have ever dealt with as far as customer service goes, if you would like to wait 40 plus minutes for someone in another country to answer your call about a service that shouldn't be failing, you'll love century link!
