We needed to find an allWorx partner to help repair or replace a phone in our office and I was referred to Amtel IP Systems. Walter and Bill were wonderful from the first phone call, to the next day trip and the follow up to make sure all had been resolved. I was thoroughly impressed with their service. Bill not only swapped out the old handset but took the time to update our long neglected phone system and also to ensure all extensions were named correctly! Bill is the best. He diagnosed my problem over the phone and coached me as I reprogrammed my phone after a power surge. I've spoken to him several times about technical issues and he is quite knowledgeable. Great customer service at Amtel.

Walter and Bill were exceptional in aiding us with our questions. I was on the phone for a good 30 minutes with Walter and not once did his patience expire. They were able to answer/resolve EVERY issue that we presented. Would not hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you so much guys for everything!
